The KB4 RC, where RC stands for Race Café, is presented alongside the fully-faired KB4 at EICMA 2021 in Milan. Compared to the KB4, the RC version omits the fairing and features two distinctive front air intakes as well as a new, significantly more elegant exhaust system with stacked silencers.
Additionally, the KB4 RC offers a more relaxed riding position. The handlebars are mounted above the triple clamps and are relatively wide, which, in combination with the comfortable leather-covered seat, ensures an ergonomically pleasant riding posture.

Due to the absence of the fairing, the RC is about two kilograms lighter than the KB4. The equipment remains identical:
- Öhlins fork FG R&T 43 NIX30 with 130 mm travel
- Aluminum swingarm machined from solid, Öhlins TTX 36 shock absorber with 122 mm travel
- Forged wheels from OZ
Front: 17 x 3.50 with 120/70ZR17
Rear: 17 x 6.00 with 190/50ZR17 - Braking system from Brembo
Front: Floating dual disc 320 mm with four-piston radial calipers
Rear: Single disc 220 mm with two-piston caliper - Vehicle electronics with
2 power modes, 4 riding modes, 3 traction control settings, quick shifter, color TFT cockpit, and cruise control
an exact 1:1 match with the electronics package of the Kawasaki Z1000 SX. - Bodywork made entirely of carbon fiber
